JJ founded Impossible Futures because he truly believes that anything is possible - that everyone's Impossible Future can be real.  Through real commitment to your dreams and goals - and the right "coach" to be a stand for who you want to be, and pull you through your struggles (being an accountability partner) - NOTHING is impossible.

After dreaming about flying jets for his entire childhood, JJ soared the skies and lived his dream life for 20 years - flying a US Navy FA-18 from the flight decks of aircraft carriers.

Now his new dream, helping others reach their Impossible Futures through Business / Organizational Coaching and Leadership Development, is a reality.  He is certified Business Coach and practices a holistic style of coaching that focuses on the entire organization, bringing about transformation by leveraging the most valuable asset that every company has - its people.

JJ is a visionary leader who consistently delivers successful results in every endeavor. His keen ability to listen and get to the root of a problem combined with his extensive organizational and project management experience make him an excellent coach, adviser, consultant, and mentor. His empowering leadership style has led to the development of cohesive, award winning, mission success oriented teams with high levels of trust and strong communications skills. These teams have excelled in the most challenging and dynamic environments - military organizations under combat situations and boardrooms under the pressure of the "bottomline."

Most recently, JJ was the Chief Knowledge Officer for US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM). He was knee-deep in one of the most aggressive organizational / cultural change efforts in the military. JJ led the effort to break 40+ years of tradition - converting a lethargic, very "napoleonic, vertically structured" organization into a dynamic, 21st Century leader of information sharing - a leader in Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning.
