Educational Services
Our education and training services can be tailored to suit your company. Organizational Learning training and education are usually presented to small groups to build awareness and gain understanding and acceptance of the root problems the company faces as well as gain buy-in into the initiative.
An Impossible Futures Consultant / Trainer will provide a seminar on Developing a Learning Organization - typically lasting one day. This session will provide an introduction to Organizational Learning: what it is, what it isn't, why companies are focused on becoming learning organizations, and how it will impact each individual on the corporate team. These sessions are highly interactive and focus on getting the whole group to understand "why" this is important. Since "fear" is the biggest enemy of any organizational change effort, these sessions are focused on highlighting and mitigating those fears through education.
Additionally, Impossible Futures offers "train the trainer" opportunities for various Information Management or knowledge based systems as part of any learning implementation. These services can also be requested at any time to improve your corporate knowledge base.
